Uncontested Dissolution of Marriage

The process for an uncontested dissolution of marriage in Florida is the simplest, least expensive and least time consuming way to end your marriage. However, an uncontested dissolution is only possible when both the husband and wife have come to a complete agreement about all aspects of the divorce, including division of assets, child support, child custody, alimony and all other issues.
