Criminal Records Sealed / Expunged

Under Florida law, you may have a criminal record sealed or expunged under certain circumstances, for example, when the charges against you were dropped or dismissed and you have never previously had a record sealed or expunged in Florida.  This means, in many cases, you aren’t required to disclose your criminal arrest on job applications and potential employers can’t gain access to your criminal record.
